Startup selection: We identify those that meet the minimum requirements for mentoring.

Diagnostic: We conduct interviews with experts to identify the level of readiness related to the essential elements of the business model.

Alignment: We develop workshops based on real-life cases that allow for greater appropriation and application of the program's concepts and tools.

Specialized personalized advice: advice, follow-up, and feedback from experts.

Networking events: interaction with leaders of the national business ecosystem and validation of product-market fit and problem-solution fit.

The first and second versions of the Enlistment program included 62 companies from the local STI ecosystem.
These companies are undergoing an acceleration process on topics such as defining the market opportunity in the Covid era, developing innovative products, developing value chain strategies, and developing intellectual property strategies, among other strategically relevant topics.
They also participated in four networking events , holding more than 200 meetings , and had the opportunity to participate in two DemoDays.

Mainly those with growth potential that require specialized support to strengthen their capabilities and close the gaps associated with their business model.
Also to develop commercial, marketing, or financial strategies, seeking to facilitate their connection with accelerators and smart capital.
What are we looking for in applicant companies ?
Requirements to be part of one of the best programs for technology startups:

To be a CTI company with a high degree of innovation, as well as differentiation in its products or services.

Be legally incorporated or close to being so. Have operations and/or a registered address in the city of Medellín.

Have a product or service that is tested and also validated in the market.

Have a clear business model that solves a clearly identified problem.

Have a team with the technical and executive capacity to bring the product or service to market.
