Programa SoftLanding COxDE
The Softlanding Germany Acceleration Program is part of the Triangular Cooperation Initiative “Soft Landing COxDE for Colombian impact-driven startups”, approved by the ADELANTE Window of the European Union – Latin America and the Caribbean Triangular Cooperation. To this end, an alliance has been established between Ruta N Medellín and the Impact Hubs in Medellín, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Monterrey, with the purpose of reaching new international markets.
An opportunity to develop new international markets!
It is a scaling program in Germany, focused on implementation and capacity building to develop, test, and improve the product–market fit of Colombian products and services.
Objectives

Diagnose the business development level of the selected companies.

Provide theoretical and practical preparation for the development of their internationalization strategy to reach new international markets.

Offer personalized mentoring, based on the gaps identified in the initial diagnosis.

Allow up to 5 participants from the 15 initially selected to take part in the 10-day international immersion program in Germany.
The SoftLanding COxDE program aimed to build bridges between the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems of Colombia, Mexico, and Germany to drive economic recovery in the post-pandemic stage, facilitate job creation, foster the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and improve the cities involved.
Requirements of the Scaling Program in Germany

Be a company that has an impact on one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Be a company from a sector in Colombia with scaling potential in the German and European markets.

Be legally incorporated and have operations and/or a registered address in Colombia.

Have a product or service tested and validated in the market with demonstrable sales (TRL 8 or 9 and/or CRL 7, 8, or 9).

Have a concrete business model that likewise solves the clearly identified problem.

Have a team with the technical capacity and execution ability to bring the product or service to the German market.

The responsible person must have a level of English that allows them to interact and engage across the program’s different spaces and networks.
