The AXES program, led by Impact Hub in Colombia, aims to transform the way agri-food SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) in Colombia access international markets , integrating them into sustainable, deforestation-free supply chains, fostering economic, social and environmentally sustainable development.
Over a five-month period, the program seeks to assist more than 50 agricultural and food companies operating in Colombia in improving their access to domestic and international markets.

They have annual incomes between $100,000,000 and $2,000,000,000 COP.

Everything you get by participating in the AXES program
AXES drives market access and visibility through a methodological approach that includes a personalized diagnosis, bootcamps, coaching, and strategic plans in collaboration with key actors of the European Enterprise Network, as well as networking events. It also offers technology credits, participation in a DemoDay, post-program follow-up, and a “Market Access Manual,” among others.
The companies selected to participate in one of the AXES program cohorts will receive the following methodological support over an approximate period of 5 months. The program aims to create:

Enrollment of companies into the European Enterprise Network.
Builds capacities through:

A Personalized Diagnosis: evaluation of the company across key variables such as value proposition, team capabilities, sales, costs, technical needs, business vision, certifications, internationalization, sustainability, and impact.

9 Virtual Bootcamps (2 hours each): These bootcamps cover key topics for accessing international markets, including strengthening sales and export processes, digital marketing and e-commerce, financial and investment strategies, and the use of tools such as Protected Designations of Origin (PDO). They also address EUDR compliance, intellectual property management, and building high-performing teams, with a special focus on opportunities in Europe.

Personalized Coaching: 4 one-on-one sessions to overcome market barriers, apply program tools, and receive support from expert mentors in the agro sector.

¿Qué tipo de empresas pueden participar?
Pueden postularse micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (mipymes) formalizadas y legalmente constituidas en Colombia, que tengan operaciones en Antioquia, que operen dentro de la cadena agroalimentaria y tengan ingresos anuales entre $100.000.000 y $2.000.000.000 COP.
¿Qué pasa si no cumplo con todos los requisitos?
Te invitamos a comunicarte con nosotros. Podemos revisar tu caso y evaluar si tu empresa es elegible según su enfoque, impacto o potencial, incluso si no cumples con todos los requisitos al 100%.
¿Qué criterios se evalúan para la selección?
Se evaluará el impacto ambiental positivo, el modelo de negocio, el potencial de acceso a mercados, la experiencia del equipo y la innovación, con pesos específicos para cada criterio.
In which regions can you participate?
AXES is a national platform, but for this cohort, it is open to companies from Antioquia or those with operations in the department. The program has a special focus on rural communities, women entrepreneurs, and youth, but any agri-food company that meets the criteria can apply.
